Welcome to RT Construction. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or engaging our services.
- General
RT Construction provides container houses, prefabricated buildings, residential and commercial construction, design services, project management, and related construction services throughout Seychelles.
- Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if material costs, shipping charges, exchange rates, or project specifications change before confirmation.
- Site Visits
Site visits are carried out to assess the project location and provide professional recommendations. Any measurements or estimates are subject to final verification during the design process.
- Design and Planning
The Design and Planning Package is charged at SR 15,000 and includes:
- Site visit
- Topographical assessment
- Architectural design
- Preparation of planning drawings
- Submission to the Planning Authority
Survey beacons that need to be located or newly installed are charged separately at SR 2,500 per beacon.
- Payment Terms
Our standard payment schedule is:
- SR 15,000 for the Design and Planning Package.
- 30% deposit after planning approval for production to begin.
- 40% payment upon completion of production and before shipment.
- Remaining 30% payment after arrival in Seychelles and before installation.
Construction, shipping, or installation may be delayed if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
- Production
Production begins only after the required deposit has been received. Standard production time is approximately 15 days but may vary depending on the project, customisation, material availability, and factory workload.
- Shipping
Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by shipping schedules, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Installation
Installation will only commence once the final payment has been received in full. Clients are responsible for ensuring the site is accessible and properly prepared before installation begins.
- Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information.
- Obtaining land ownership rights where applicable.
- Providing access to the construction site.
- Ensuring utility connections are available where required.
- Making payments on time.
- Changes to Orders
Any changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs, production delays, or revised delivery dates.
- Warranty
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use and is subject to the warranty terms provided with each product. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, improper maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
- Limitation of Liability
RT Construction shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, shipping delays, strikes, government actions, customs delays, or supplier disruptions.
- Cancellation
Deposits paid for design work, planning services, or production are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Any refund requests will be assessed based on the stage of the project and expenses already incurred.
- Intellectual Property
All drawings, architectural designs, plans, images, documents, and website content remain the intellectual property of RT Construction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Privacy
Personal information collected through our website or during the course of our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
