How It Works
Building your dream container home with RT Construction is simple, transparent, and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to understand our process from start to finish.
Step 1 – Site Visit
Our team will visit your property to assess the site, discuss your requirements, and recommend the best design and layout for your project.
Step 2 – Design & Planning Package (SR 15,000)
Once you decide to proceed, a payment of SR 15,000 is required. This includes:
- Site Visit
- Topographical Survey
- Architectural Design
- Preparation of Planning Drawings
- Submission to the Planning Authority
If existing survey beacons need to be located or additional beacons need to be installed, this will be charged separately at SR 2,500 per beacon.
Step 3 – Planning Approval & Production Deposit
Once planning approval has been granted, a 30% payment of the total house value is required for your container house to begin production.
Step 4 – Production
Production of your container house normally takes approximately 15 days. Once completed, we will send you photographs and videos of your finished house for your approval before shipment.
Step 5 – Pre-Shipping Payment
After you have approved the completed house, a further 40% payment is required before shipping. Once payment is received, your container house will be prepared for export and shipped to Seychelles.
Step 6 – Shipping to Seychelles
Your container house will be safely transported to Seychelles. Our team will keep you informed throughout the shipping process and provide updates on the estimated arrival date.
Step 7 – Final Payment & Installation
Once your container house arrives in Seychelles, the remaining 30% balance must be paid before installation. Following payment, our installation team will deliver and assemble your container house at your site.
Step 8 – Project Handover
After installation is complete, we carry out a final inspection to ensure everything meets our quality standards before handing over your new home, ready for occupation.
